History

Mar. 1935 KINPARA FOUNDRY opened in Sukenobu, Hamamatsu, based mainly on the technology held by former chairman Kenji Kimpara.
Mar. 1955 Reorganized as a legal entity. Established KINPARA METALS INDUSTRIES with 8 million yen capital.
Jan. 1959 Moved to Noguchi, Hamamatsu and built new factory.
Jun. 1961 Constructed new headquarters in Hikuma, Hamamatsu.
Jan. 1964 Capital increased to 18 million yen
Jul. 1964 Added a cold forging factory, started cold forging.
Oct. 1969 Increased capital to 30 million yen and established cold forging as our corporate purpose.
Mar. 1971 Built Takaoka Factory in Takaoka, Hamamatsu, with pre-forging cutting as the main business.
May 1982 Expanded factory and office at headquarters.
Dec. 2002 Acquired ISO 9001:2000 certification (JQA-QM9321)
Aug. 2005 Introduced 1,500 ton press. Renovated parts warehouse and cafeteria.
Feb. 2009 Relocated cutting line from the main factory to our Takaoka Factory.
Dec. 2009 Shifted to ISO 9001:2008 certification
Jan. 2013 Introduced automatic cutting line in our Takaoka Factory.
Introduced solar photovoltaic generation system in our headquarters Factory.
